     I got non-supported by Pinnacle Software  - Lost my copy of Pinnacle's Studio 10 when I changed computers. Admittedly it was a five year old copy of the program. But it certainly wouldn't have cost them anything to be nice. Here's their not very helpful Clint at customer service - read Pinnacle's reply
